Why FRP Rebar ?

Fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP), also known as glass fiber-reinforced polymer (GFRP), is a composite material made from glass fibers and a thermoset polymer matrix. Vinyl esters and epoxies are the most commonly used thermosetting polymers in manufacturing GRP applications.

    • Our chemical-resistant FRP products are manufactured on fully automated machines using top-quality raw materials according to customer requirements.
    • The initial cost of FRP materials is 33% higher than that of steel, however due to the fact that FRP does not require maintenance work, when considering the life cycle cost, the FRP's life cycle cost for a service life of 20 years turns out to represent only 36% of that of the steel.
